Welcome Reception – Saigon Saigon Bar
Tuesday, July 15, 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Kick-off Accelerate '08 Ho Chi Minh City with refreshing cocktails, delectable hors d’oeuvres, and some delightful mingling. Just stroll over to the Saigon Saigon Bar (in the Caravelle Hotel) and enjoy an evening of networking with Riverbed staff and other industry peers. You never know whom you’ll bump into! The Saigon Saigon Bar is undoubtedly the number one hot spot in Ho Chi Minh City. This uniquely designed open-air bar has spectacular panoramic views of Ho Chi Minh City's glistening and vibrant night life.

Evening Event – Reunification Palace
Wednesday, July 16, 7:00pm – 10:00pm

After a jam-packed day of informative conference sessions, it's time to kick back, relax, and have some fun. The Accelerate '08 evening event will be held at the historic Reunification Palace located in Ho Chi Minh City. Notable for its striking 1960s architecture, the Palace is the creation of Paris-trained Vietnamese architect Ngo Viet Thu. Be sure to take a tour of this landmark building before walking over to the Conference Room foyer where cocktails and canapés will be served.

Later, dinner will be served in the grand Presidential dining room, where former Presidents’ Thieu, Ky, and Minh must have entertained their VIP guests. The evening’s meal will also by accompanied by a local band performing classic, traditional Vietnamese song and dance for your amusement.

Evening Event Guests

Spouses and/or guests are invited to attend the special evening event on Wednesday, July 16 at the Reunification Palace. Guest passes can be purchased for $75.00 at the Accelerate Registration and Information Desk.
